Trust yourself

The best advice always comes from within. It's hard to trust our judgement, especially when the stakes are high. We like to feel safe by seeking approval from others. But following the opinions of everyone around us is a sure way to live a life of regret. When facing a big decision, always make it purely from the heart.

If you google the top deathbed regret, it says "I wish I'd lived true to myself, not the life others expected of me." When you imagine the moments before death. It gives you clarity on what you’re meant to do and a sense of courage to go do it. Memento Mori.

Deep down, you know what to do. When it becomes obvious. You have to trust it. Following our heart is definitely scary, though. It can feel like it’s leading us down the wrong path. The sense of control we like to feel goes away, and conventional wisdom says not to do it. But this is where the magic happens. You're meant to go on an epic adventure. It wouldn't be an adventure if you knew how it was all going to unfold. Trusting your heart is everything.

The right mentors, books, podcasts, and people all start to appear when you let go. You have to pursue your dreams with unwavering faith and belief. Before you know it, you've reached the once-impossible mountain top. Now, you're striving to reach the next one. All you need to do is give it everything you have. Follow your gut. And enjoy the ride.
